If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item in new, resellable condition within 14 days of purchase. All returns must include the original packaging. Unfortunately, used, worn, or chalked grips will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please note: This return policy excludes all jump ropes, replacement cables, and custom-made products.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
All sales are final for closeout items and products in the SALE category. These items, along with custom-made-to-order products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process the refund back to your original payment method.
If you need to exchange a product, such as a cable length adjustment, we will gladly assist you within 14 days of purchase. The item must be undamaged, and free from scratches, debris, and bends or kinks.
