Q: Is SparkRope safe?
A: Yes! Altogether, this was our main concern, especially for the kids. Being from the state of California where fireworks aren't even totally legal, we were anxious about sparks being around grass/brush as well. What we uncovered is that Spark's created from SparkRope cannot emit enough torridity to damage any dry or damp grass/brush. Also, if you or a neighbor gets pinched by a spark, it is as harmless as the sparking poppers we used to play with as kids! P.S. trust me, we've tried!
Q: Why not sell the SparkPad Separately?
A: This was our first mission: to be able to attach our patented SparkPad on any rope. Unfortunately, doing so could not be done due to safety concerns. Three prototypes in, our genius engineers made us aware that if we did manufacture separately, it would be in dire risk of separating itself from the rope. Also, to make a longer story short, the U.S. patent office denied us because of just that.
Q: If we are still concerned about flying sparks?
A: For the ultra wary (we know there still are), SparkRope disclaims to jump 3 to 6 feet away from grass/brush/persons to avoid anxiousness.
Q: Can I jump indoors?
A: No; One, the rope will not spark. Two, it may damage your floors. Three, SparkRope is meant for you to go outside!
Q: At what age can I start?
A: Age eight to eighty! Anything over that, send us a video to submit to Guinness world records!
Q: How long will the sparks last?
A: Sparks' longevity is truly contingent on each jumper. A professional jumper working every day will last up to 2-3 weeks. An individual or beginning jump-roper sparks can last up to 2-3 months. All based on how much you jump!
Q: When it stops sparking… Now what?
A: Our inventor veritably thought of everything. SparkRope's technology and design are truly ahead of its time. Due to its ingenuity, once the SparkPad does wear out, your SparkRope transfigures into a jump rope! A lot lighter jump rope compared to SparkRope. You'll feel the difference, so keep jumping!
Q: Best place to jump?
A: SparkRope⚡️ is for outdoor use, only. So a smooth concrete surface sparks best.
Q: Can I edit or cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: Once orders have been placed, you can't cancel or make any changes. So please check your shipping address, billing address, and items carefully before placing your order!
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: The processing time for orders is 4-6 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Once shipped, delivery time is 5-7 business days. During holidays, this time may vary.
